Trama Demolition Man
Nella Los Angeles del 1996 l'agente John Spartan e il criminale Simon Phoenix sono impegnati in una resa dei conti che provoca l'esplosione di un palazzo, con la conseguente morte di trenta civili. Spartan viene ritenuto anch'esso responsabile e così condannato a settant'anni di congelamento correttivo: si risveglierà però diverso tempo prima del previsto, nel 2032, poiché la sua nemesi è riuscita a fuggire e sta ora mettendo a ferro e fuoco la città. Non sarà facile per Spartan adattarsi a un mondo per lui tutto nuovo, ma è l'ultima risorsa rimasta alla polizia per fermare la follia di Phoenix.
