Trama Captain America - Il primo vendicatore

Dopo che è stato dichiarato inabile al servizio militare per via del suo fisico estremamente gracile, Steve Rogers si offre volontario per prendere parte a un esperimento nel quale gli verrà iniettato il cosiddetto siero del supersoldato, che lo trasforma in un uomo muscoloso e dotato di forza straordinaria, destinato a diventare il supereroe conosciuto come Capitan America. Con questa nuova identità, Steve combatterà fianco a fianco con Bucky Barnes e Peggy Carter nel tentativo di fermare l'organizzazione criminale Hydra, comandata dal crudele Teschio Rosso.
