Trama Shock Wave - Ultimatum a Hong Kong
Durante un'operazione, una bomba esplode inaspettatamente ferendo gravemente Poon Shing-Fung, un ufficiale specializzato in esplosivi, che perde una gamba, decidendo quindi di abbandonare il servizio dopo aver scoperto che i suoi superiori intendono affidargli esclusivamente lavoro d'ufficio. Tre anni dopo, la polizia lo trova in coma sul luogo di un attentato terroristico e sospetta che abbia a che fare qualcosa con altre esplosioni avvenute negli ultimi anni. Quando riprende conoscenza Poon ha solo vaghi ricordi del suo passato e si ritrova in una posizione in cui il destino di Hong Kong sembra dipendere esclusivamente dalle sue scelte.
