Trama Florence

Florence Foster Jenkins, ricca ereditiera newyorchese, ha sempre sognato di essere una cantante lirica ma non ha mai posseduto una voce adatta allo scopo. Ciò nonostante la donna è convinta del contrario e decide di organizzare un evento aperto al pubblico al Carnegie Hall - tra le più importanti sale per concerti al mondo - dove si esibirà sul palco. Il marito e manager Clair cerca di dissuaderla per proteggerla dalla probabile figuraccia, ma resosi conto della volontà di Florence decide di supportarla ad ogni costo.
