Trama Delitto alla Casa Bianca
Harlan Regis, detective della polizia di Washington, deve indagare sul delitto di una ragazza, il cui corpo senza vita è stato ritrovato all'interno della Casa Bianca. Coadiuvato dall'agente segreta Nina, che ha avuto l'incarico di concludere il caso il prima possibile, Regis si trova alle prese con un complotto che coinvolge altri agenti e documenti che svaniscono nel nulla. Tra trappole e tradimenti, il protagonista e la sua partner cercheranno di svelare un intrigo atto a colpire il Presidente in persona, al fine di realizzare una sorta di vero e proprio colpo di stato.
