Trama Pain & Gain - Muscoli e denaro

Il bodybuilder Daniel Lugo, appena uscito dal carcere, viene assunto nella palestra Sun Gym, dove diventa amico con il personal trainer Adrian Doorbal, dipendente dagli steroidi, e gli propone un affare che coinvolge anche l'ex galeotto Paul Doyle. I tre decidono di rapire il magnate Victor Kershaw, rinchiudendolo in uno dei magazzini di sua proprietà. Il crimine sembra inizialmente andare a buon fine, ma ben presto le cose si complicano e il milionario riconosce i tre rapitori...
