Trama L'ottava nota - Boychoir

Il dodicenne Stet è vittima di una difficile situazione familiare, con la madre alcolizzata e in gravi difficoltà economiche. Dopo la morte della donna in un incidente stradale, Stet conosce per la prima volta suo padre, il quale da tempo aveva già un'altra famiglia. L'uomo decide di mandarlo in un collegio per ragazzini che, come lui, hanno notevoli dote canore. Il suo atteggiamento scontroso lo porta a inimicarsi gran parte dei compagni e il solo a dargli una possibilità è il direttore del coro, l'anziano maestro Carvelle.
