Trama Il professore matto

Sherman è un professore di genetica in un'università americana e che alterna le lezioni con il lavoro ad un nuovo farmaco dimagrante insieme al suo giovane assistente. L'esperimento testato sui topi sembrerà funzionare, ma una serie di incidenti bloccheranno il suo progetto e Sherman è costretto a sfogare il suo malessere nel cibo. Incontrando la bella Carla, ache lei insegnante, Sherman testerà l'esperimento su sè stesso ottenendo risultati impressionanti, ma con conseguenze altrettanto importanti. Il professore, in fondo, dovrà capire che l'essenziale è essere sè stessi.
