Trama Mr. Brooks

Earl Brooks è un uomo d'affari che ha una doppia personalità, che lo porta a trasformarsi - su spinta del suo crudele alter ego Marshall - in uno spietato assassino. Earl da diverso tempo è riuscito a tenere a bada il suo lato oscuro, ma ora Marshall è tornato più bramoso di sangue che mai e lo costringe ad uccidere una coppia. Ma il delitto è stato immortalato dal misterioso Mr. Smith, che comincia a ricattarlo chiedendo di partecipare al prossimo omicidio. Le indagini della polizia vengono affidate alla detective Tracy Atwood.
